You ask them to do something so it will help get you vehicle back sooner and they do the opposite. Car should have been taken to the dealer and instead they wanted to try and repair it and here we sit two months later and the first quote isn't done. Everyother vehicle that got damaged the same night as our that went to the dealer, they all have their vehicles back. The latest update is the parts are stuck on a boat. Between CAA Insurance and this Assured location is a joke. Sorry Chico, our shop was good. So I get a call about my review and she tells me the parts were ordered on an emergency order, but it still gets put on a ship Ever herd of an airplane? That's how I get my parts for work when it's an emergency.
Assured Bradford was a pleasure to deal with. They kept us informed of the progress on our car and the end result was wonderful. We had a lot of damage and they fixed everything up. This is the 2nd car they have worked on for us. Both experiences were great. I highly recommend them.
