I couldn't get my headlight lamp easily replaced, so I asked Brad for help. He has a pretty packed schedule but is very accommodating. He advised me to check in the next day to see if there is any earlier availability even though he was essentially booked solid for the next few weeks. Brad was able to find some time the following day. Unfortunately, my lamp wasn't the right one. He had asked around for me and got the job done as scheduled. He was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. There's a good reason why he's so busy!
The Car Guy is definitely the auto mechanic who I would use regularly if I lived in Bradford. We were travelling on the highway coming home from Halliburton when our Rav 4 started making a very loud knocking noice. We got off the highway and Googled Auto Repair Shops to get our vehicle checked out before continuing our trip home. We found The Car Guy and when we arrived, we were greeted by Robin and he got a mechanic to take our vehicle for a road test, even though they were very busy. Robin organized the fix and we were back on the road. These guys, The Car Guys, are amazing!!
Came to ask for a quote, the guy said come back in two weeks and I can take a look at it lol went to someone else and fixed the same day no issues. It's evident he favorites the customers he likes, you can even see it in the other reviews
The Car guy was incredibly accommodating. I entered his garage in a panic on Friday because my drivers side window broke! I had no idea what had happened, I pulled in for the first time and asked for help. Not only was he able to figure out the problem, he had the foresight to order the part he suspected was needed. He was so busy but was able to fit me in between appointments so that my window would be able to close before any rain came down. He was courteous, professional, fair and efficient. I'm so pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this business.
Excellent service, Brad and his team brought my 12 year old car back from the grave. Runs better now than when I bought it. Very impressed and grateful!
we are seniors and last saturday we were on the way from huntsville to my brothers in holland landing . when i reached bradford i started loosing antifreeze, two other businesses were unable to help us , we arrived at the car guy, he was about to close but he stayed open, found our problem, and was able to do a temporary repair which got us home safe. in this day and age it is rare to find someone who would go out of his way to help someone, so brad we thank you for making a bad situation better for us and just to let you know i am booked in for a replacement part this week, i highly recommend anyone in the area to support this shop, ,, thank you,,,,,,,,,,,, ken
I had car troubles while visiting friends in New Market (I live 3 hours away). The Car Guy was willing and kind to take my car in on short notice and get me back on the road in hours. He understood my situation, took initiative to fix promptly, and was fair! I even got a new air freshener for my car! I would go back, and recommend if you live in the area!
