Visited on December 17, 2025Wow, this place is super organized – said no one ever. The staff here are hands down the slowest I've ever seen in any restaurant. An order that should take 5 minutes ends up taking a full 30 minutes. The place was packed with a full house, yet there was one person just standing in the back doing absolutely nothing. Clearly, management lacks any real organization skills, and the staff don't seem properly trained at all. Everyone appeared completely clueless about basic customer service. Long waits, zero urgency – a total disappointment. Avoid if you're in a hurry or expect decent service.
I don’t usually write reviews but there was one employee who made our day. She is from Punjab and what an amazing employee; she is so kind and hardworking. Businesses need these kind of people! Also thanks for the Village Grocer cake recommendation.
