I have brought my truck here a few time now and I can say their service is great price very competitive. I like how you get a report about your vehicle with pictures and/or videos with the issues to visualize what they sound you keep hearing really is. Definitely recommend if your are in need of service. I have also purchase tires from them and have also gotten the same good service.

We brought my wife's old car here for a safety check before giving it to our neighbors son. They blatantly lied to try to squeeze $2,700 out of us. Active Green and Ross claimed that the car needed $2,700 in repairs covering the brake pads, rotors, calipers, suspension and exhaust. The brake pads, rotors and calipers were replaced less than 1 year prior. I didn't know if the suspension or exhaust had issues, but if they clearly lied about the brakes there was no way we were going to give them anymore money than we already have them for the inspection. We then brought her car to a real mechanic, Master Mechanic in Newmarket, and the only issue was the tint on the front windows was too dark. 20 minutes of scraping that off and the car passed it's safety. I guess it makes sense why Active Green and Ross had the cheapest price for the actual safety inspection, because they make up for it in "other ways". Maybe Active Green and Ross only have a few crooks working there, but we'll never know since we'll never be going to them again.
it’s cheaper down the street. I left my car, was told an hour and a half for a 30 min job. Wasn’t given a price and then they hit me up with almost $200 for a simple rubber change. They don’t have the price displayed anywhere and the manager had horrible customer service.
Finally got new tires on the Tundra. Great work from Bill and the people at Bradford, Active Green and Ross. It also came with a thorough vehicle check and a Vehicle Condition Report that was comprehensive, unexpected and much appreciated. Thank you!
