Don't buy there as they don't care if your phone doesn't work even if its the first month of having a defective phone. Still not a month old and NO ONE will do anything about the defective phone. Horrible service! My husband bought a new phone and 2 days later the charging port wasn't working and they tried to make him pay extra when I just bought it days before. This location is scam artists! They made my husband drive to Barrie location for a replacement and after that replacement the charging port stopped working the day after and they refuse to replace it and it still isn't a month old. NEVER buy from them as they only care about a sale and refuse to do anything for you. Spent so much money and time trying to get this defective phone replaced and don't want their contract. They put Zehrs to shame being in their location. We will never shop at the Zehrs again because of this Mobile shop.

Avneet at the Mobile shop in Bradford is amazing. She is so helpful. I have gone to her multiple times now with all our phone line upgrade. She takes the time and helps you find the most cost effective plan for you. I would highly recommend going there. Also an added bonus if you collect PC Optimum there are always deals that give you a lot of points.
Dropped by the mobile shop and looking to fix some issue in my phone and rep Avnest explained to me the promotion with a new phone and that was a free for me with no extra cost to monthly and unlimited data.
