How can you force seniors who wanted their money back to eat other items on the menu when you have a food hazard the chicken was spoiled. Anyone who bought Popeyes yesterday November 28th the chicken was spoiled and the workers forced my elderly parents to eat something else and not get their money back. WHAT HAS THIS WORLD COME TO
I was so ready to eat my Popeyes but the whole vibe got ruined real quick. I opened the box, started eating, and then I spot a piece of hair in my food. At first I thought maybe I was tripping, but then I moved the chicken around and saw another one, like tangled up in the breading. That’s when I got that instant disgusted feeling, like my appetite just vanished. I couldn’t even look at the rest of the food without feeling grossed out. I started thinking, how does that even happen? Don’t they wear hairnets? It’s wild because you pay for your food expecting it to be clean and fresh, and instead you’re finding hair in it. That’s not just nasty it makes you lose trust in the whole place. I ended up calling and letting them no they don’t understand and all they say is “what’s the problem?” Um so disgusted calling corporate….. so disgusted
Yesterday I visited your restaurant and, while the food was acceptable, I was disappointed with the service. An employee wearing a gray t-shirt displayed an unprofessional attitude when taking my order and, furthermore, began shouting at a colleague in front of other customers. Given her behavior, and the fact that she appears to be in a supervisory position, I believe this negatively impacts the overall experience. I would appreciate it if you could review this incident to prevent other customers from having the same experience.
I went this place with my friends and 4 times we got problem from the manager lady thinking that mistakes can happen but seriously its not mistakes. 1st- She doesn't understand the clock, we got our food after 30 mins even without rush. 2nd- She mixed up boneless wings with bone chicken and said both are same you can eat it. 3rd- We didn't got the sauce even after paying for it and she argued for 10 mins claiming she did and we had to repay for the sauce. 4th- We all 4 went again there and she said the wait time is 15 mins, after ordering we got our food after 40 mins, moreover, that manager and the cook both were laughing we were all standing there for 40 mins. Whoever owns this place or handles this account or anyone above that lady (manager) I would seriously like to meet him/her at this restaurant.
I came in wanting to get the pickle line since it was posted up on the walls of the store but then the employee told me it was discontinued. (Then why is it advertised?) then I told the lady to get me 6 pieces of chicken instead. I said I wanted thighs. She gave me not a single thigh in my whole order of 6 pieces. Very disappointed.
This young gentlement that goes by the name Aiden is such a exponential help. He assured my comfortability and helped me get a water. Will be coming back just for Aiden.
I recently visited Popeyes and had the pleasure of being served by Shirisha. From the moment I walked in, her friendly demeanor and professional attitude stood out. She responded to my questions with genuine interest and made excellent suggestions that enhanced my meal. Her recommendations were spot on, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food she suggested. Overall, Shirisha's exceptional service made my dining experience at Popeyes memorable. I look forward to my next visit!
