Ordered take out - food was not warm - tasted like ie it was re-heated - shrimp fried rice was bland - General Tao's chicken was hard and the coating was mushy - Cantonese Chow Mein was ok - we tipcally order from this restaurant all the time and it has been very good in the past. Called the restaurant to voice my concerns over the quality of the food in this order - I was told that if I didn't like it, not to order from them anymore Oh well I guess that sums up their concern for client satisfaction and feedback
WORST FOOD!!!!! I called them to say this yesterday and said I wouldn’t leave a review to embarrass them but now getting up to my boyfriend tellling me he’s been puking all night bevsuse thr good snd it was his birthday yesterday . We literally just wanted to order in abd watch a movie snd this is what we had to deal with ! NOT happy ! Please do not eat from here my boyfriend is suffering
Food tastes old and oily. Can not dine in. Also can not enter from the front, you have to wait out back for the food. Not allowed to enter into the restaurant. Makes me question sanitary and food quality.
The place has great food average service and not the greatest atmosphere. Decor needs to be updated it looks like a hole in the wall and the man at the front desk wasn't too friendly but the actual food was pretty good. I would order from here again as a take out and eat at home. The food seemed to be fresh, they had a variety of dishes, and their portions are enormous. i can see why the community likes it.
Best food in Bradford period. One of the only restaurants I will eat at. 90% of the other offerings have gone down hill in the last year. Fresh food fresh ingredients and oh so delicious. I have never had a bad meal.
My family and I are very easy to please when it comes to food. So when I say our dinner was horrible, it really was. The pad thai with chicken that we ordered to split was inedible. The chicken had gone bad. It was past being on the turn. It was no longer fit for consumption. We had to throw the whole dish in the garbage. Save your money and your stomach and go somewhere else!
I too had troubles finding the back!! I dont appreciate you commenting calling your customers "stupid" That is the last time we order from you! He was at your front door and you refused to serve him! Shame!
