Great service and food was delicious! Everything was made super fast and they even gave us free soup while we dined in. Great place, definitely will be back!
I recently visited Pita Land in Bradford and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. I wanted to order a small Shawarma with a mix of chicken and beef, but the person behind the counter told me they couldn’t accommodate that because "it wouldn’t fit in the spoon." This explanation didn’t quite make sense to me, as it seems like a simple request for half chicken and half beef shouldn’t be an issue if they are already offering both as separate options. Additionally, I asked for feta cheese, which came with a $1.50 charge for just a scoop. While I understand some places charge for extras, I found this price a bit steep. What made it more frustrating, though, was that they then asked for a tip, even though the service is counter-based, not table service. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that tips are often appreciated, but it felt out of place given the nature of the transaction. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned that I would be writing a review, the response I received was rather dismissive: "That's fine, whatever." Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope the staff takes feedback more seriously in the future. For those looking for a more seamless and customer-oriented experience, I’d suggest considering alternatives in the area.
Pita Land in Bradford has become our go-to spot whenever we want something quick, fresh, and actually delicious. The food is always super flavourful — the chicken shawarma is juicy, the toppings are fresh, and their garlic sauce? Elite. Service is consistently friendly and fast, even when they’re busy, and everything is always clean and organized. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Whether I’m grabbing a late-night wrap or ordering bowls for the family, it’s always reliable and hits the spot every single time. Highly recommend if you want great quality, great portions, and great value right in Bradford!
Worst service ever .. staffs are not willing to fill the box completely. I brought chicken shawarma poutine , the box was half filled and the quantity was very very less . It looks like a classic poutine with chicken Plz fill the box completely and give good quantity of chicken on the top of fries Dont fool the customers
I visited Pita Land today for the $5 chicken and rice promotion. We waited almost an hour to get her order, and we were told that if we bought something else, it would be ready faster. I understand promotions can be busy, but that didn’t feel fair or professional. I hope the management can look into this and improve the service for future customers.
Salty! Calories won’t kill you. Sodium will. The store was clean and the staff were great. The display of food looked delicious but it was too salty. I do t know where it could have come from - I had chicken and mostly veg - just hot sauce and tzatziki for sauces. I will return if the sodium is reduced.
Terrible customer service, the worst I have ever had. Food was bland if I could give this zero stars I would. For me to leave a food review that’s negative speaks volumes to how bad this experience was. Never come here.
