The good customer service at I-mak is truly unmatched. I had an unfortunate situation where my initial screen replacement broke within a week. I contacted the owner, and his response was fantastic. As an Independent business, Samii personally showed a real willingness to work together. He listened to my situation with respect, explained my options, and offered me a discount. What impressed me most was how he went above and beyond to help the customer out, honestly recommending better phone alternatives that don't typically have this problem. These guys know their stuff. Avoid going to the Apple Store where all they do is tell you your device can’t be fixed and then try to upsell you on the latest hardware for $$$. Check this place first cuz they know the secrets to fixing and repairing your apple devices here.

This place is jokes.i was told $200 to fix my screen by owner then I get there and a young kid is there and tells me hes not fixing my phone for $200 that it will cost me $350 like get real there bud.everyone is out to scam someone
