Came to buy some cosmetics. There is a bunch of perfume to choose from, I don’t want to try all of them. So I asked for any samples I can take home to try and show my family if they want me to buy it for them for Christmas. I always ask at the cosmetics department and other places always offer. The older blond lady working there says “we have nothing at all and usually don’t have any”. Ridiculous. Every shoppers has samples of perfume to test. She is like I have nothing at all. Probably keeps them all for herself. I even asked when do they bring them in. She I don’t know and when we do they go very fast. Meaning don’t bother. Disgusting attitude.
Super rude cashier named Kim. Was giving me vague answers while i was asking for assistance in placing an order online and redeem my points in store. Shoppers needs to train the employees better working in the beauty department especially.
I had a great experience with Korede the pharmacist today. She was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all my questions, making me feel much more confident about my prescription. It's so nice to get such personalized and caring service. Thank you!

5 stars if I could I would give it 100 stars. Not because it is well built or has more stuff than other locations. It is only one employee named Charlotte she has the best service and she is so kind to me and all my friends.
A friendly place usually has the items I come in for. The major issue at this shopper's location is that the bags of milk are not being rotated correctly, and the area where the milk is stored in the cooler is dirty and smells of milk. On many occasions when I go to get milk, there's milk still there, already a week past the best -before the date. I have mentioned this problem to the staff, but nothing seems to be done about it. Maybe get an employee that knows how to do their job properly. This is complete laziness or someone who doesn't give a chiatt.
