I asked for three chicken sandwiches. I was given four all made wrong, the chicken parm was not even chicken parm, a sad excuse for a sandwich it was just breaded chicken. They also gave me a pork sandwich which I cannot even eat. Why was I charged for a sandwich I didn’t order.
Mr Sub has been my go-to sub shop since forever. Only place that let's you dress the sub how you want and don't cheap out on the toppings or charge you for a little extra. Love supporting Canadian owned businesses especially if they make a delicious product every time. Employees are always friendly and welcoming and attentive. Sometimes when they are busy they still acknowledge they see me and always give me the "please give us a minute we will be right with you" that goes a long way as a customer. Keep up the great work
Got 2 6 inch subs for 11am lunch with my daughter. Brought them home. Bread was hard, crusty and stale. Called manager and said sometimes the bread gets hard when we leave it out in the morning. I said I'm not stupid I know what day old bread tastes like. He did offer to replace them but I had to drive back. Also this wasn't the first time this has happened. Hence the bad review.
The 2 girls working couldn't be bothered to greet me like they are working in the service industry. No, "what can I get you", or anything. They just walked up to the counter and stared at me waiting for me order. They cut the bread so thin on one of the sandwiches that it feel apart in the grill, then again when my kid unwrapped it. I won't be spending my money here again.
Online it says this location is open until 10pm, was super hungry and excited only to show up and it's not open and the door sign says the hours are 8pm for everyday of the week
Today I rate 2 stars because if you don't have ripe tomatoes then don't offer them because they ruin a BLT sub. I will try again another time and hopefully I can change my review. The bread was fresh.
The bread was super good and you need to try the meatball sub! I cant stop eating them that's how addicting it is. I will definitely recommend this spot to my family and friends!
