We got a flat on the 400, we took the Bradford exit and we were basically screwed because we didn't have a spare. Although they were busy they saw we were in dire straits, because we are from Barrie and had to be at work. They found tires that could fit and helped us out so much, this shop was the only thing decent in our day. Highly recommend.

Very professional care from pointing out rebates, ordering my winter tires, following up with the manufacturer, installation and making sure I had what I needed to get the rebate. Superb!

Fast and friendly service, at a very reasonable price. Had a puncture fixed quickly and was thankful to be able to safely save the tire. Thanks! Hours may be open at 9am instead of 8am?

I will never go here again I brought my car in to have the TPMS sensors moved from one set of wheels to another. The job was partially done — but once the wheels were installed, the sensors didn’t work. The shop tried to assist at first but eventually told me I’d need to go to Acura to get them reprogrammed, which would’ve cost me a hefty diagnostic fee. Instead, I went to a different mechanic who fixed the issue in 15 minutes. (Using the same equipment) Worse still, I discovered that the lug nuts were torqued to dangerously high levels — some over 130 and even 150 ft-lbs, when the manufacturer’s spec is 80 ft-lbs for my car. I confirmed this myself using a torque wrench while removing the wheels. That level of over-torquing isn’t just a small error — it’s a serious safety hazard that could lead to stripped studs, warped rotors, or even wheel failure. I drive this car with my daughter, and safety is non-negotiable. When I called to ask for a partial refund of $50–$80 (after paying a total of $225 for incomplete and unsafe work), the owner refused. He told me I took it upon myself to solve the problem by going elsewhere and said he never charged me for reprogramming — but that’s missing the point. If you're the one moving sensors, you’re also responsible for making sure they function properly when reinstalled. That’s what a professional does. The phone call was also disappointing. He was not cooperative, talked over me, and insisted that the wheels were torqued correctly — which they clearly were not. I had to retorque them myself to proper spec after struggling to even get them off. This shop may mean well, but their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and basic safety negligence left me with more work, more cost, and serious concerns about their standards. I cannot recommend them and strongly urge others to verify any work they do — especially when safety is involved. Not to mention when they couldn't figure out how to fix the sensor they went straight to blaming my car saying that my OBD port is not working.

I cannot say enough good things about "That Wheel and Tire Shop" at 131 Holland Street West in Bradford! I recently needed snow tires for my daughter's car on short notice, and their team went above and beyond to help. They were incredibly efficient, finding the perfect set of tires in record time without compromising on quality. What impressed me the most was their courteous and professional service throughout the process. It's rare to find a business that combines speed, expertise, and such a friendly attitude. If you're looking for trustworthy and reliable tire services, I highly recommend this shop. They’ve earned my trust and future business. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so smooth and hassle free!

Poor customer service. I was waiting there for 15 minutes to get the quote for winter tires. The guy who works there, his on the phone talking without acknowledging me that I am there.

New to Bradford and thought I would support local small business. I was willing to drop $1000-$1500 on snow tires with rims .Called twice in one day spoke to the owner I believe, who said was gonna call me back . 48 hours still no call back. Guess they’re too busy and not looking for new business. Took my business elsewhere. If this is over the phone service they provide I definitely would not take any of my vehicles there.
