I had a horrible experience. I was sold on shutters for my sliding doors. The product was very cheap and the install was done horribly. After a few visits to see if they can be fixed I was asked to pay in full and the shutter would be replaced. I let her know that I would pay the remaining balance once I was satisfied with the new product. She went on telling me to keep what I have and I didn't have to pay the balance. Not sure what she was trying to pull here. So now im left with a poor product because she wouldn't fix the problem.. I wouldn't recommend this company at all
