We have been bi-weekly 20 litre customers for almost ten years now! Unfortunately, these past two months, the wine has NOT been very good. Tastes more like cool-aid. Dan always goes out of his way to keep us happy. But lately, we've been in Bradford to pick Wine and sadly find out NO WINE AVAILABLE!! Why Please keep your loyal customers happy Thank you.
This place is under new management. It is run with no personality. When we got there to bottle, the new manager said that we have to pay for labels and shrink wrap. He actually said that we paid extra for the corks. Website clearly states that labels, corks and shrink wrap is part of the wine package. He didn’t have anything kind to say about the last managers. Wine is good though.
My first visit to Vin Bon Bradford May 14th. 2019. It couldn't have been a more perfect experience. I have bottled and corked my wine for nearly 20 years at a few different wine stores. Andrea welcomed my wife and I with a very friendly smile and helped us with the batch. Customising the labels was a nice touch. The store is spotlessly clean and very well organised. I will definitely be returning to Vin Bon Bradford for future wines, also I will be recommending that store to my friends. Thank you so much Andrea. Derrick.
