On the evening of December 13th we ordered pizza and sings to romanelli cres. Here in Bradford. Clearly asked for the 2 pizzas well done as well as the 22 wings. The order was suppose to come in 45 minutes yet arrived in 20 minutes. Both pizzas undercooked as well as the wings. We had to put the 2 pizzas in the over to finish cooking at home release we would have eaten semi raw dough. What a disgrace. Highly do not recommend this location
I order pizza from there my pizza was wrong and they took back the one that was wrong then made me a new one but instead of just letting me have the pizza that was wrong they told me to pay or they will be throwing it out. So I had to wait for the right one and not even be compensated for the mistake. The staff does not care about the customers, they just care about take your money and that is it
What pizza establishment puts their pepperoni under the cheese, basically hidden. This is a very deceiving practice. I had pizza with absolutely no pepperoni on it even though the girl who made it insisted that it was there under the cheese. Please I know what pepperoni taste like even if it is hidden under the cheese I would know. This is absolutely terrible how in everything we buy now we are being deceived.
Not sure if all Pizza Hut pizzas are like this but the Hawaiian pizza I had from here was super oily, tasteless, and gave me acid reflux which I never get. I don’t think I will risk a Pizza Hut pizza again. The Caesar salad was decent though. Note that this is mostly a take out shop with only a couple of bar stools.
Pizza hut is always good this location was never different, ots been a staple I'm Ontario since I was a child and has never disappointed, come out the the Holland St Pizza Hut and enjoy fresh delicious pizza and plenty of deals to please your wallet
The veggie pizza had a good taste overall, with a nice combination of flavors. However, it was a bit on the oily side. Despite that, it was still enjoyable and worth trying.
This used to be one of my favorite pizza places in town. I recently ordered after a long time, but was very disappointed. The toppings were almost non-existent, despite paying full price. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone down. I won’t be ordering again.
