I ordered pizza last night on my way home. Order often from Regino’s and always good. Last night our pizza was exceptional honestly. The gentleman who made our pizza and cashed me out was wonderful. I just wanted to say thank you so much
Crust is a little dry sometimes, crust around the edges is thin even when ordering thick crust. Its hard to find pizza made the way it was in the pre 2000's. Aside from that, the toppings are great, the wings are excellent, as are the other appetizers offered. The staff are great friendly people. Food is always prepared quickly. Regino's Pizza is my go to pizza place in Bradford.
I wanted to reach out to share with you the exceptional service I received from one of your employees last week. I came in to pick up a few pizzas for a hockey game at my house. I was greeted delightfully by one of your workers named Corey. He was honestly such a breath of fresh air to speak with and was so kind. It's hard to find people like that and wanted to let you know that you have a great employee working there.. Please give him recognition as he definitely deserves it!! Otherwise, the place needs some updating, the front stools are pretty gross...! Pizza is always fantastic!!
I have gotten into the ordering the special pizza on Tuesday, I usually order with a BBQ sauce base as I was instructed by placing a note, as there's no option on the website. Which when ordered online the price came up to $23+, but when I went to pick up the order it came up to $25+ which I wouldn't normally have a problem with but it wasn't communicated prior to pick up to expect the additional charge. Furthermore, upon eating left over pizza in the following days I chomped on some long strand of hair in my food (I'm a male with very short hair) which was disgusting. I was offered a 15% discount on my next order as a result. Don't think I'll go back to this location.
Ordered a large pizza with wings special for dinner this past weekend as my boyfriend ordered a slice to go earlier in the week and said the pizza was really good and fresh. This will be our new go-to spot for pizza and wings! Definitely will be ordering again soon.
Food has always been fresh, and staff are always friendly. Highly recommended if you want a pizza night or just passing through looking for a bite to eat. Great job to all the staff!
Well the pizza was good. I got the fish fritters. And they were frozen inside. They refried them. Would not give me a fresh order. The seasoning was mostly non existent the second time out of the fryer.
