I'm not the type to leave bad reviews for other businesses unless it's really needed. I recently ordered two panzerotti from this location and I was really disappointed. Me and my son sat and started to eat it and we both started asking each other, did you get any toppings.. There was literally hardly any toppings inside of it. Literally, it was a whole bunch of dough with a little bit of toppings almost like they do it on purpose to cheap out on the customers. I called pizza nova customer service, and I was happy with the fact that they were very nice over the phone and said they would resend us new ones and call the location. So, pizza nova head office customer service, did their job but this store is the issue. After receiving the new order.. again, there was no toppings inside in fact, maybe just a little bit more this time and it was overcooked and a little bit burnt. I don't think these people really know what they're doing at this location. Now I refrain from leaving a bad review at that time. But now, today, I picked up spinach, chicken, black olive pizza... Guess whatThere was hardly any chicken on the pizza.. I paid $47 for Lasagna and a large Pizza. And they put only a few pieces of chicken on the pizza. And the quality of the actual pizza isn't even that good either. HonestlyI don't know what they're doing, but they're not cooking the food properly and they're never putting enough toppings. It's like they're cheaping out on the customers. Also another thing.I want to add the customer service when you walk in the store.They're not even friendly.They don't smile, they don't wave and say how are you. They just look at you.. The environment is just off. I used to live in innisfil and that location, the pizza was always amazing.The toppings were great.The customer service was great.In fact, most pizza nova's that's what you can expect. But this location is by far the worst pizza nova, and i'm never going to buy from this location again. I don't like to leave bad reviews and I refrained from the first time. But walking into the store, the energy was just so unwelcoming.. And then to go home to find out there's not even chicken on the pizza.. this review had to be made. Guys, step up your game. Give customers quality and give them their money's worth. This is not how you do business. It's too bad now in bradford. I can't order pizza nova because you guys don't know what you're doing.
This is the WORST pizza place in Bradford. They used to be my go to for pizza but is now disgusting. Dry, paper thin you can’t even pick it up, very few toppings. Just plain horrible. They even tried to charge me the premium price for a topping that wasn’t even a premium topping. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered pizza well ahead of time for a party; 24 hours ahead of time. The restaurant did not have our order ready for an hour and a half. They were not returning our money when we wanted to cancel the order. We had to get food from somewhere else for the kids party we were having. This place is very disorganized. What bothers me is they were not willing to return our money for an order they could not fulfill. Do not order from them. They do not have the management skills or customer service skills to run a business. Obviously if we are ordering $100+ worth of food, this is for a party, and they did not prioritize us.
Horrible experience, placed an order 24 hours ahead for my child's 4th birthday with 60+ people attending. I asked for the food to be ready at 3:30 in case there was a delay. I arrived at 3:20 to find out they had not even started the order which was over $350. They ended up not finishing until 4:30 so I had to spend an extra $150 just to feed the hungry children from a restaurant that actually cares about their customers... Not making ridiculous claims that it was so busy... If so, you should have still prioritized orders as they came in. Terrible customer service, the food turned out decent but Pizza Nova should probably close this location or revoke their franchise licence before they ruin the reputation.
Used to be really good but the last few orders were horrible. Once it took 2.5 hours to get my order, then the pizza came In but not what I ordered, then the pizza was burnt and dry. It was the driest pizza I've ever eaten.
Don’t waste your time here they very slow also they didn’t give me what I ordered I ordered baked panzoretti they gave me fries ordered sides ranch they gave me italian sides I never seen any pizza nova like this guys check your order before you take always
January 19. I order at least once a week I have to say todays pizza was absolutely fabulous. Whoever made the pizza tonight. Your good!!!!!!! Very good
