Went to get a poutine, and philthy philliys is usually our favourite. Asked for an original poutine with the veggie gravy. Was told that I had to get the beyond plant based poutine that costs $17 , more than the chicken bacon poutine my partner has ordered. He explained that I didn't want anything fancy, just a basic poutine with vegetarian gravy. The guy insisted that the only option was this very expensive one. Cancelled our order and left. I've been getting veggie gravy here for years, it doesn't cost more. I don't know what was going on but if the new policy is that vegetarian poutine is the most expensive thing on the menu, I won't be going back.
The service here is just as good as the food! Fabiun was so kind and so focused on making everything perfect! Come for the Philly cheesesteak, stay for the service!
Wow...I just had the Philty greek steak sandwich and it was absolutely amazing! The onion rings were great as well! Definitely recommend this place. This was my 1st visit and I can't wait to try it again!!
Alyssa our cashier was super helpful. She was informative and patient. She had amazing customer service. Would high recommend this location. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
Lots of different styles of sandwiches and poutines. Portions are very generous. Poutines could use more gravy and it could be warmer. It never seems not enough to melt the cheese curds, and the bottom of a medium is always dry. That being said the food is always tasty. Be forwarded. This place is not cheap. 2 sandwiches and small poutines can run you upwards of $40 bucks plus. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Wife, kids, and I always get the Cheese steak. We all love it and are worth the price. Steak and toppings are freshly cooked with every order. It's our #1 fast food spot.
But the new, earlier closing hours prevents me from picking up food as regularly as I did in the past... Hope they bring back the old hours (1 hr later)
